Do I need to register to buy products?

Guests can buy products from us without registering, but guests will not get registration benefits, rebates and other entitlements.


How do I register?

Users can register either using their Facebook registration or normal registration. For Facebook registration, users are required to input their address and contact information.

How do I place my order?

  • Select your desired products, choose quantities and add to cart. 
  • You can also adjust your quantities after the item/s are added to cart
  • Items adjustment are only available on the shopping cart (top right hand corner)


How do I check on the number of items and amount of purchases?

Customers are able to view amount and items number on the top right hand corner on every pages of splendideals.sg.


How do I checkout from the shopping cart?

After selection of all the items that you need, you may review them from the shopping cart on the top right hand corner. Double check and confirm the items, and checkout from the shopping cart


What are the payments accepted?

We accept major credit cards as Visa, MasterCard, and eNets payment, Paypal, DBS paylah! and Local Bank Transfer.


What is Enets payment?

eNETS Direct Debit enables Internet Banking users to make real-time payments from their bank account. Participating banks include Citibank, DBS, OCBC, POSB, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB. For further info, please refer to www.nets.com.sg.

**Enets payment requires users to turn off pop-up blockers to enable transactions.


How do I pay via DBS paylah! / local bank transfer?

You may email your order to customerservice@splendideals.sg, or printscreen your orders for our reference. We'll provide a local banking account for the bank transfer. Once transfer is done, your order will be processed and we'll assign the soonest delivery schedule for your order. Pls indicate in your email on your mode of payment - Payment via DBS paylah! or Payment via Bank Transfer




Return Policy:

Can I return/exchange my products after receiving them?

Customers are allowed to return/exchange products within 7 work days after delivery only if the product is incorrect or damaged during delivery.

Please contact us within 7 work days of your order or click here to fill up the form for products returns

(We do not entertain returns/exchanges after 7 work days)

For returning/exchanging products, please kindly indicate:

  • Invoice Number,
  • Product Names/Descriptions,
  • Delivery Date,
  • Reasons for returning Product(s)

Our customer service will contact you within 2 working days after receiving your feedbacks on the return/exchange products

Important Note:

  • Return/exchange products need to be in original box/packaging.
  • We only exchange or replace product if they are incorrectly packed or damaged.
  • Please check your order before checkout as we do not allow returns if you had order the wrong products.
